Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, patted dry
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or nonstick spray

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and coat evenly with your hands.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F for about 3 minutes.
  • Place chicken smooth side down in air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil and cook at 380°F for 12 minutes.
  • Flip chicken using tongs and cook another 6–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Remove chicken, let rest 5 minutes, then serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Every air fryer cooks a little differently. Always check chicken with a thermometer to make sure it reaches 165°F. For bone-in thighs, increase cooking time by 5 minutes.
