Ingredients
  

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and halve the grape tomatoes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the mozzarella pearls to the bowl along with the fresh torn basil leaves.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette, season with salt and pepper, and gently stir to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly to let the flavors meld. Garnish with extra basil or balsamic glaze if desired.

Notes

Serve with grilled meats or add shrimp, avocado, or pesto for variation. Store ingredients separately if prepping ahead to maintain texture. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be chilled up to 2 days.
