Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

medium onion, sliced

bell pepper, sliced

Worcestershire sauce

cream cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain excess grease and stir in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place 8 circles of shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.
Let cheese cool slightly, then add beef filling to each circle and gently roll up.
Let the rolls rest to firm up before serving warm.
Notes
Customize with mushrooms, spinach, or different cheeses like provolone. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
